Sussex County ARES has hybrid meetings on the even months of the year. These hybrid meetings are both in person and also run via Zoom for those that cannot attend in person. 

Odd months only Zoom meetings are held. These odd month meetings are generally training meetings which go over a variety of topics which are geared towards our served agencies but are valuable to all amateur radio operators involved in emergency communications (EmComm). 

Our meetings are held at the Sussex Tech High School in Georgetown. This meeting location provides the perfect venue for our meetings as it provides a high tech classroom with full internet access and digital capapbilites for training new and advanced techniques to our members. 

Sussex Tech High School is located at 17099 County Seat Highway, Georgetown, DE  19947. Meetings start at 6:30 but members start showing up at 6:00. Meetings are held in Media Broadcast Room # 232. Bringing your EmComm laptop is always a good idea as we often discuss and teach the usage of the WinLink Global Email over Radio System.
